Responsible for managing business change as the company sought to expand the digital channels, develop new market positioning and take advantage of new technologies to focus marketing expenditure. As marketing manager new customer acquisition and retention had been my core role; as Brand Development Manager I lead the development of our ecommerce channel, CRM systems and the move from print investment to digital communications.

I owned the direct marketing function within the business with responsibility for the marketing budget, covering print media buying, catalogue print management, ecommerce and digital channels.
