The Sales & Marketing Director role is a statutory Board position, responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the business, with the ultimate objective of driving profitable growth and market share.Drive and implement a fundamental review of the Sales and Marketing Strategy to ensure delivery of the Five Year Plan. Proactively and responsibly manage financial budgets to deliver required EBITDA.Support the transition from a business unit based organisational structure to a functionally aligned model, by creating a cohesive, optimised, common commercial engine, encompassing marketing, sales, customer service and front-end supply chain activities.Generate and implement long term sales and market development strategy for all products. This includes: improving margin, maximising volume and growing sales into high value applications/sectors.
