-Development and execution of internal audit reports related to Brazilian regulation (Central Bank, CVM and BSM);-Planning and execution of internal audit reports based on the Company rules and the best practices of market;-Liaise with Management to ensure Management Actions mitigate risks down to an acceptable level;-Monitors the management action with the related departments until the perfect setting.-Evaluation and improvement of the effectiveness of the risk management and internal control system;- Contribute to the optimization of the company's management processes, through analysis and recommending improvements;- Identify risks and reporting them to the managers and management of the Company.

- Support activities related to identifying, assessing, mitigating, advise, report to senior management the risk of Compliance within the company;- Responsible, in conjunction with the Internal Audit department, for the development and the implementation of the new PQO audit programs;- Participation in internal control environment and management of operational risk, actively participating in the work done and the integration of Risk Internal Audit and Compliance departments;- Monitoring and correction of non-compliance appointments through the respective management of the work flow;- Acting as a facilitator for external audits as well as in meeting the audits from regulators bodies and the BGC Partners group;- Actively participates in the operational risk analysis at the Company and it is a member of the Internal Control Committee;- Monitoring and preparation of reports to meet a BM&FBovespa audit requirement as well as quarterly AML reports according to Central Bank (COAF) resolutions;- Participated in the development and implementation of a risk management tool, approved by BM&FBovespa;- Maintenance and dissemination of the Compliance program to prevent and combat money laundering, corruption among other issues to ensure that the Company's policies and procedures contemplate the risk of money laundering inherent to the activities of BGC Liquidez;- General support activities, system development and redesign of internal processes.

- Responsible for the management of the international clients documentation support;- Responsible for the maintenance and control of the main New Account reports;- Master user of the New Account systems, including the BM&FBovespa and Sinacor (Back Office);- Acting as the facilitator person before external audits and regulatory bodies inspections.
