• Ensure proper books of accounts and records are maintained, accurate financial valuations arereleased on time• Ensure the efficient ongoing administration of funds and the compliance of approved provisions tomeet clients’ standard and regulatory requirement• Monitor the accuracy of fund valuations and other reporting to clients/regulators• Negotiate with external auditors for the completion of annual account audits of clients' funds• Liaise with internal audits or risk control to ensure compliance with Bank policy• Work closely with fund service team• Participate in new/enhanced fund service product and its operations workflow/systemdevelopment• Assist in implementing annual plans and delivering services to meet client expectations

- Complete and maintain sales invoices and reports.- Accruals & prepayments.- Bank reconciliation, posting and balancing.- Weekly wages, petty cash and other journal posting.- Daily bank receipts postings.
