Anh Do is a seasoned restructuring professional with more than 15 years of experience in credit and restructuring roles across a diverse set of industries, markets and regions. Her deep analytical skills and rigorous investment decision making approach, combined with a pragmatic, commercial and collaborative style enables her to work effectively with partners and stakeholders to drive the most optimal restructuring transactions and investment outcomes in highly complex situations. Currently, Anh serves as a Principal in the Special Credits Group within Carlyle's Global Credit platform. In this role, she has successfully led numerous restructurings and workouts on behalf of Carlyle. Her extensive experience covers a wide range of transactions, including Chapter 11 bankruptcies, liability management/out of court restructurings, cross-border insolvencies and rescue/DIP financings. She has negotiated and executed deals in the US and Europe in both the liquid/CLO and private direct lending markets. Anh enjoys the complexity and intellectual challenge of her work, and highly values the relationships she has built with a diverse set of participants in the industry. Outside of work, Anh loves exploring new cultures and destinations, having lived on three continents and traveled to over 50 countries. An avid cook and enthusiastic foodie, she also cherishes spending quality time with her family, including her three children.
