-Establish CIQ worker tech and deliver revenue for the company.-Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product, delivering real-time data on the new and existing products and features.-Work autonomously developing the market in Vietnam and Indonesia, frequent traveling as needed.-Demonstrate how marketers and mobile app developers can utilize in a variety of ways, through phone calls, demonstrations, and presentations.-Identify tactics to build local groundswell and brand awareness to support the sales cycle.-Design and execute sales campaigns.-Build and lead a sales pipeline.-Make every potential clients happy with every interaction, regardless of deal size.-Build and improve relationships with clients.-Product implementation training and customer support

-Perform monitoring and evaluating the quality of product and product assembly.-Regularly conduct random checks and provide feedback/ coaching session to QC staffs.-Maintain details quality record of all QC staffs.-Analyze reports, identify trends to propose solutions, initiatives related to common costumer’s complaints and requests in order to deliver high customer satisfaction.-Undertake other tasks assigned by Quality Control Team Leader.

-Assist in the administrative tasks for the Director-Arrange schedule and meeting appointments.-Monitor documents, and the implementation of tasks approved by the Director to related teams/departments.-Create Memo, Report with regard to the Board of Directors.
