Anh Nam Phan is an complimentary health specialist with the mission to motivate and guide individuals to discover their own version of happiness.He spent 7 years studying in the US and doing master's level research in psychology and contemplative sciences (meditation, yoga, etc.) His research focuses on the role of creative arts, especially street art forms, in fostering healthy development, creativity and self-identity in both children and adults. At California Institute of Integral Studies, he took courses in career counseling, self-development coaching, and creative arts therapy. During this time, Anh worked for CIIS Public Programs in San Francisco, where he and his team organized educational seminars and podcasts on psychology, mental health, and self-development for audiences all over the Bay Area. In addition, he had the opportunity to meet with many world-renowned scholars, researchers and activists. In his spare time, he teaches dance to children and college students.
