- Responsible for the cash forecast process during monthly, annual operating budget and reforecast cycles, including preparation of P&L to Cash conversion, coordinating the submission of cash schedules from production studios, submission of cash forecast to SAP, preparation of consolidated Games cash forecast, provide variance analysis.- Prepare cause of change schedules for monthly actual cash spend to forecast.- Preparation of monthly production spend reports and provide variance comments.- Prepare and submit monthly Ultimates in SAP for intercompany and third party licensing deals.- Prepare quarterly licensing accruals.- Preparation of SG&A forecast and monthly analysis of actual spend against plan.- Preparation of Intercompany transactions for monthly forecasts, annual budget, and reforecast; monthly review of Intercompany transactions against plan.

- Manage Disney Mobile Games Revenue and Expense from iOS and Android products.- Accounting for console and digital distribution licensing revenue and royalty expense.- Manage Disney Mobile Balance Sheet accounts and provide cause of change analysis. - Oversee contract administration for third party obligations, and music royalty reporting.- Assist Manager in Mobile P&L analysis and presentation to Finance.

- Analyze console gaming revenue, expense, and inventory for accurate presentation of gross margin to Senior Managers.- Investigate key drivers and provide variance analysis of indirect costs to the Executive team. - Assist Finance in obsolescent inventory analysis and post adjustments to reserves.- Reconcile and manage royalty payments to first and third party vendors.- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist with monthly close process.

- Revenue forecasting and variance analysis of DOD deals.- Analyze and present direct and indirect costs. - Provide Program Managers reporting to assist in project tracking.- Government contract administration.- Month end duties include: Reconciling Account Receivables, Payables; Create purchase orders, and post closing entries.

- Build monthly overhead reports and provide key driver comments.- Accounting support of BREW Engineering and SG&A for Qualcomm Internet Services.- Assist in preparation of engineering labor allocation reports for presentation to Project Managers. - Audit monthly financial packages and assist in month-end close process.
