Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Manage assigned state/s growing sales pipeline and delivering bottom line revenue for the company by driving sales from the ground up, meeting and exceeding set targets and goals• Develop new and existing accounts growing revenue and customer service experience with each contact-Increase Triumph Learning's brand visibility in designated markets by coordinating with the Sales Campaign team to conduct time sensitive and relevant digital marketing strategies and lead generation activities• Coordinate with the Campaign Operations Lead and Inside Sales Manager to develop reports and strategy• Communicate with Outside Sales Representatives and Regional Vice Presidents to both take direction and suggest activity that will help drive revenue in territories• Documenting all activities and opportunities in SalesForce.com, as well as mining data for effective sales targets within assigned territory• Maintain a high level of outbound sales activity (phone calls and emails) to execute new, add-on, and renewal sales campaigns • Perform effective sales demonstrations of software via web meetings• Manage software trial campaigns for prospect schools and school systems. Monitor usage and make sure prospects’ questions are answered promptly• Be proficient on all Triumph Learning products in order to help prospects evaluate the best choices to meet their needs and budgets

Responsible for identifying, qualifying and capturing business opportunities, both core and new business. I target key growth accounts, help initiate additional northbound cargo, as well as close hard-to-find accounts. In addition, I work closely with Marketing to identify and qualify new business opportunities, develop innovative capture strategies and assist in sales presentations, quotes and support materials.
