• Act as Management Representative for establishment, implementation & maintenance of company quality management systems• Act as HOD for Warranty & Repair Department• Responsible in planning, execution, and supervision of all facilities management and operation activities• Assist the manager in implementation of traceability system to develop a more systematic operation• Monitor the performance of maintenance subcontractor and service provider• Liaise with external certification body, customer and all suppliers on quality audits and report summary findings• Lead the team in any auditing process and meeting ISO9001:2015 requirements• Managing inspection, measurement and test activities on production quality• Managing and coordinating with SIRIM on product testing and certification• Handle import & export processes under the ATIGA scheme• Liaise with multiple government agencies for smooth operations; SIRIM, JKDM, MITI, AELB, DOE

- Establish, implement, and maintain documented quality system, procedure and instruction in accordance to ISO/TS16949, equivalent International Quality System and Customer Requirements.- Liase with Assembly, Encapsulation, Plating, Test, Engineering and other departments for corrective action on any deviation detected by PC, 100% VI, and OQA Inspectors to prevent the recurrence of non-conformity.- Handle internal and customer complaints by using 8D methodology (ICAR & ECAR) and follow-up on action implementation

- Analyse manufacturing issues to assess root cause of the failures and systematically eliminate sources of variation in product and process- Provide audit data and corrective action requests as needed based on conducted audits- Gather metrics for assessment and decisions, and provide to customer by weekly/monthly- Work in coordination with manager and customer to drive continual improvement in products and process consistency- Conduct regular product testing and inspection to ensure timely approvals and maintenance of customer quality standards

- Calculation of Air-conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation system- Designing active Fire Protection and Prevention system - Close liaison with clients and their subordinates- Attend meetings for project development with main contractor
