For the Sky-Line School System, I lead a K-12 educational institution with five campuses. As Director-General and Superintendent, my responsibilities include overseeing academic and operational aspects, managing a team of 400 educators, and ensuring the educational needs of 2,500 students are met. I drive strategic planning, allocate resources efficiently, and implement effective educational policies for overall institutional success and growth.Key Accomplishments:► Developed Teacher Training Programs focused on enhancing educators' ability to create effective lesson plans and curriculum.► Established a Learning Coach Program for students to improve learning across subjects and instill transferable skills for college and future employment.► Introduced a Development Coach Program for students, designed to foster well-rounded abilities and prepare them with essential skills for future educational and professional endeavors.

The Advisory Board includes representatives from the UK and Vietnamese arts, education, and English language sectors, UK and Vietnamese governments, and other influential leaders. It will provide strategic steer, advice, advocacy and access to members’ networks, playing an important role in establishing and maintaining the momentum of the Season. As the Founding Director and PI of Teaching and Learning, I actively Implemented diverse research and social projects to enrich educational practices. Offer strategic guidance to numerous schools and education institutions throughout Southeast Asia and advised on curriculum innovation and strategies for the development of teachers.Key Accomplishments:► Featured as a showcased exemplar in a case study on teacher development integrated into the Professional Development course offered by the Right Question Institute and Harvard Graduate School of Education (Oct 2023).► Launched Cung-hoc (Co-learning), the premier MOOC platform for Vietnamese educators; recognized by HundrED as an innovation in 2021 from South and Southeast Asia, the platform engages 38,000+ active teacher-learners nationwide.► Communicated with the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) and UNICEF to strategically craft and revise key educational legislations and agendas, including the Education Law 2019, Education Investment Regulation, National General Education Curriculum 2018, and the Digital Competency Framework for K-12 students.► Took the charge in the National Digital Transformation Taskforce in 2020, strategizing and implementing measures to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on education.► Distributed the "Handbook of Mental Health during Disease" to educators and students in over 3,500 schools and universities in Vietnam. Established a mental health support portal featuring contributions from more than 35 volunteer therapists.► Founded Vietnam Educamp in 2019, an annual conference fostering dialogue among educational researchers, policymakers, and managers to shape policy development, execution, and educational practices.► Established the "Teaching & Learning Magazine", marked inception of Vietnam's first monthly open-access pedagogical magazine, and garnered 14,000+ downloads, earning recognition as a short-listed project in HundrED's global innovations in 2021.

For the Dewey International School System, I directed the academic framework of the institution, leading a team of 16 dedicated professionals and revamping academic standards. I conducted observations and supervision across different campuses to uphold academic excellence. Additionally, I redesigned and enhanced the bilingual math and science curriculum, focusing on improving math and science programs.Key Accomplishments:►Formulated comprehensive teacher competency frameworks aimed at elevating the effectiveness of Professional Development for a cohort exceeding 200 teachers.►Successfully reformed the school’s bi-lingual curriculum, with a focus on STEM, Math, and Social Sciences curriculum.►Signed five Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with esteemed universities in the United States, which augmented and diversified the school's curriculum, bolstering its reputation, and broadening students' opportunities.►Authored and published an internal Wikipedia, contributing to the enrichment of the organizational learning environment.►Produced two books on Positive Discipline tailored for both educators and parents, further establishing a valuable resource for professional and familial development.

Reached a total investment of 8 million USD.
