After coming to London, I decided to create a community of people united by one idea - the popularization of Ukrainian cultural heritage abroad. And created the Alliteration.London community. A total of 8 meetings were held, each of which was also aimed at volunteering and fundraising for charity. My responsibilities include: finding a venue, renting and preparing for the event, organizing food and drinks at the event, advertising meetings on social networks, creating video, photo and audio materials to attract more people. As my responsibilities cover a wide range, it all requires a variety of skills and adaptability. In addition to everything else, I prepare detailed budgets and track expenses, I prepare financial reports after each meeting, so that everything remains as transparent as possible. I maintain open communication with community members regarding budget constraints and recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising the quality of the event.In addition, I took responsibility for the event's digital presence. This includes managing event websites, social media profiles and ticketing systems. Creating interesting content, promoting the event on digital platforms and analyzing online engagement metrics are all part of my daily work. In addition, I am deeply involved in the creative process, curating event themes and looking for unique entertainment options. I work with performers, speakers and artists, ensuring that their requirements are met and that their performances perfectly match the atmosphere and goals of the event.In summary, my role as an event manager has given me invaluable skills in collaboration, financial management, digital marketing, logistics and crisis management. This multi-faceted experience has honed my ability to navigate complex situations, ensuring the smooth execution of various events.

I worked on several vacancies in the field of journalism. My duties included: gathering information, fact-checking, conducting interviews, taking comments from experts, analyzing journalistic investigations, creating photo and video reports on various events. I worked in different companies with different people. Independently created, edited, made corrections from editors, developed and published news on Internet resources. It could be both web resources and social new media. I published 15 to 20 news items a day, this work helped me to improve my writing, communication and teamwork skills. And also trained my stress resistance and emotional self-regulation.

My duties included preparing materials for live radio broadcasts. These were literary podcasts, interviews with famous people in the cultural sphere of Ukraine, projects dedicated to Ukrainian communities abroad - volunteer, activist and artistic. It was an incredible experience thanks to which I learned to work quickly and efficiently, to work with audio files - recording, editing and processing. I also practiced my information-gathering and fact-checking skills.

In this position, I worked as an administrator, and also performed the tasks of a consultant and deputy director, due to a lack of human resources. My responsibilities included: advising buyers, working with the sales system, preparing accounting documents, communicating with the tax service, working on the store website, processing and preparing orders, communicating with publishers, analyzing sales and ordering books, direct store work, i.e. opening, reception of the product, disassembling the product, the sale itself, calculating the revenue per shift, closing the store. Thanks to this work, I learned to work in a team, take responsibility for important processes, communicate with the most diverse people, solve problems and conflicts quickly, and in general I improved my crisis management.
