From 10/2017 to 08/2018, I led a series of web development projects internal to the company related to recruitment and labor supply. Tasks included analyzing requirements and transferring requirements to team members, managing employee time and assigning development tasks to members, testing and quality assurance. The team had three members and tools used included PHP, Laravel Framework, Oracle Database.From 09/2018 to 06/2019, I continued with a second business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce project which managed transactions between companies and suppliers including tasks such as requesting purchase orders, approving orders, shipment and delivery, managing invoices. In this project, my main role was building a flexible approving work-flow framework which can be configured and applied for all company processes. In addition, I also assumed the role of a technical leader solving business and technical issues. The team had seven members and tools used included Java, Spring boot Framework, RESTful API, Oracle Database, Angular 2.

At this company I worked in virtually every business and technical role of software development, including development, coding, developing design documents, developing coding standards, leading development teams, troubleshooting the development process and technical issues, working with clients to develop and verify technical requirements, business analysis, and training new members.The main domains I worked in were education, including managing a Japanese national university library, university management systems, and matching services providing information and guidance on choosing a university; also brokerage services, weddings, used car brokering, and recruitment brokering.Tools used:○ Language: Java, Ruby, JavaScript, ActionScript, HTML, JSP○ Framework: Struct, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rail, Flex, Seasar, jQuery○ Database: Oracle, Postgres SQL, MySQL○ Others: UML, Eclipse, RESTful API, Windows, Linux (Cent OS), so onOutstanding achievements:○ Became a key department member immediately after the probationary period and simultaneously assumed the a technical support role in my first project. With this project I broke the company's productivity record with 19000 line of codes (LOC) per month and undertook difficult and complex functions.○ Went to Japan in 2012 and was successfully evaluated by our Japanese partner company to bring a new and important project array to Vietnam. The partner company found that Vietnamese engineers had productivity, quality, and skill equivalent to Japanese engineers. In addition, I also found out existing errors in the system undetected by Japanese engineers.○ While holding the position of Business Analysis (BA) and BA Leader, handed the project over to the clients completely free of business error. Thereafter they always chose me to undertake projects with complex business logic.
