About Anh Le

" Students don't care how much you know until they know how much you care."My name is Anh, I do what I love, and I love what I do, which is how I succeed and do well. Teaching/ Training is my life's passion, with my 15 years of experience teaching in higher education by developing and delivering curriculum for hospitality programs at both colleges and universities. The ideal teaching job is where administrators and coworkers are friendly, supportive, eager to learn and share, especially willing to try new ideas, and caring. As a teacher, I always show my care for students by listening carefully and emphasizing that the classroom is like a family where you feel free to share and learn. Our class respects each other regardless of race, creed, or culture.I am very inspirational, a good listener, and flexible in changing activities with a specific purpose in the lesson plan due to the current situation.Technology Tools & Computer Applications: Google Site, Blackboard, Zoom, Wix, MS Teams, Padlet, Canvas, Schoology, FlipGrid, MS Suite.Methodologies used in teaching: Case studies, Real-life scenarios (problem-solving), Games, Roleplays/Simulations, Group discussions, YouTube videos, Guest speakers, and Group work.“True teachers are those who use themselves as bridges over which they invite their students to cross; then, having facilitated their crossing, joyfully collapse, encouraging them to create theirown.” ― Nikos Kazantzakis.
