Formerly ServerCentral Turing GroupWorked with digital strategist and developers to design an EMR web application for Compass Health Management Services (specifically for behavioral health & rehabilitative medicine). Designed the kiosk experience for self-service lockers, client portal, and analytics dashboard for Package Concierge. Supported the legacy Data Center Infrastructure Management and Customer Services Portals. Took on the User Experience Stakeholder role to document the team workflow for ServiceNow workflow automation, writing feature acceptance criteria for developers in the effort to adopt ServiceNow platforms, such as IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, and Employee Service Portals.

Collaborated with UX architects and web developers to design Foot Locker's first native iOS and Android Apps for Kids Foot Locker from the ground up within six months. This new app became the framework for the nine other brands within the Foot Locker umbrella.
