Réseau Santé Région Lausanne (RSRL) is the healthcare network of the Greater Lausanne area. It brings together over 150 members, including the CHUV (Teaching Hospital) and other acute care hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals (CTR), nursing homes (EMS), home care services (CMS/OSAD), 800+ MD and 61 municipalities. Employing over 90 staff, including 60 liaison nurses and case managers, it has an annual budget of 12 MCHF. RSRL mission is to improve access to care for people and strengthen coordination among providers. RSRL operates the BRIO - Regional office for information and patients' referral. RSRL also manages various innovation programs in public health. RSRL is active in health professionals' training and information to the public.

Public Transport of Geneva (TPG) is the benchmark public transport operator in the greater Geneva area. Transporting annually 180 millions travellers in 400 vehicles (trams and buses), with almost 2,000 staff and 400 MCHF operating costs, its objective is to contribute to the management of mobility in the region, proposing a quality service with respect for sustainable development. In serving the community, TPG aims for excellence in all of its activities. TPG works within the framework of a contract allowance, negotiated every four years with the State of Geneva. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of the Communications and Public Affairs Unit leads a small team of specialists (4 staff, 400 KCHF) mainly in charge of internal communication, corporate communication and media relations. He also supports the management and the board in their relations with public authorities as well as with regional, national or international organisations promoting Public Transport.

The Ministry of Transport and Public Works is the organizing authority for the mobility in the Canton of Vaud. With 1,000 staff and a budget of 300 MCHF, it is also in charge of roads building and maintenance, public buildings and historical monuments as well as IT Governance and management. The General Secretariat is in charge of finance, HR, law, IT and coms. Leading a team of approx. 60 staff, the Secretary General is the closest adviser to the minister on political and sensitive issues. Interdepartmental coordination within the College of Secretaries General. Management of large-scale projects. Supervision of the Center for Public Procurement, Cadastre and Sustainable Development Unit.

Project management in Public Health : implementation of managed care, healthcare financing, patients and people information and empowerment. Management of the Division in charge of medico-social programs (25 staff, annual budget of approx. 100 MCHF).
