As principal of Hornsby Consulting, LLC and a founding partner in the Lighthouse Group, I provide human capital and strategy consulting to a range of clients.Formerly, as CPO for Sbarro, my primary focus was supporting Sbarro's revitalization strategy through people and cultural initiatives.Prior to joining Sbarro, I was VP of Human Resources for Applebee's, providing strategic leadership for the Company’s HR and communications, helping to revitalize the brand. As VP Organization Development & Effectiveness for DineEquity, parent of IHOP and Applebee's, I worked with both brands as well as Shared Services, to build a leadership brand, develop talent bench, and improve enterprise HR processes. Prior to joining Applebee’s, I was vice president, human resources and vice president, learning and development for T.G.I. Friday’s. My experience also includes leadership positions in operations, most recently at T.G.I. Friday’s, as vice president, operations- where my region was recognized as Division of the Year. I have been named Motivator of the Year at the Elliot Leadership Conference. The award recognizes individuals who are pioneering the way and setting new standards of excellence in the area of human resources. I also received the Women’s Foodservice Forum’s Leadership Award for developing leadership talent and accelerating career advancement for women.
