Andrew is the Co-Founding and Managing Partner of the law firm, York Howell. For more than 21 years, Andrew’s legal practice has focused exclusively in the areas of estate planning, asset protection planning, business structuring, tax planning, charitable giving, and estate administration. Andrew holds an AV Preeminent Rating with Martindale-Hubbell. In recent years he has served as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, and Chairman of the Estate Planning Section of the Utah State Bar. In addition to being a member of the Utah State Bar, Andrew is an active member of the Idaho State Bar, Arizona State Bar, Texas State Bar, Montana State Bar, and Wyoming State Bar. I represent clients with respect to estate planning, probate and estate administration matters, charitable giving, and sophisticated business and tax planning matters, as well as representation of financial institutions. I continue to develop my practice in these areas of specialty, including assisting clients in the preparation and review of trusts and wills, instruments for charitable giving, and various other estate and family planning documents. I assist and consult in planning and structuring business organizations, stock and asset sales and purchases, buy-sell and shareholder agreements, and other business buy-out and business succession planning.
