CurrentAndrew is the Co-Founding and Managing Partner of the law firm, York Howell. For more than 21 years, Andrew’s legal practice has focused exclusively in the areas of estate planning, asset protection planning, business structuring, tax planning, charitable giving, and estate administration. Andrew holds an AV Preeminent Rating with Martindale-Hubbell. In recent years he has served as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, and Chairman of the Estate Planning Section of the Utah State Bar. In addition to being a member of the Utah State Bar, Andrew is an active member of the Idaho State Bar, Arizona State Bar, Texas State Bar, Montana State Bar, and Wyoming State Bar. Andrew is a leader at responding to the industry-wide shift in estate planning resulting from client demand for a more holistic approach to wealth transfer. He assists his high-net-worth clientele in creating tailored estate plans, focusing on what families should consider increasing harmony and purpose in their family planning. His writings have been featured in the May 2017 issue of Trusts and Estates Magazine. He is also the co-author of Entrusted: Building a Legacy That Lasts, Entrusted has led to speaking engagements throughout the Country on the future of estate planning.
