- Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify and document requirements for CMS optimization- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, aligning with platform capabilities- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and writers to refine and validate prototypes- Develop product roadmaps- Create detailed User Stories and acceptance criteria for developers and QC teams- Manage comprehensive documentation in Jira and Confluence, assist with creating API documentation- Assess current CMS and propose enhancements to better fulfill user requirements- Facilitate Agile/Scrum meetings, ensuring effective team collaboration and project tracking- Help monitor and address issues in Scrum implementation to continually improve processes
