Work on a few projects for the Government agencies about:- Clinics booking/invoice system: C#, MS SQL.- Case/Report management system: Powperapp, CRM.- Travelers management system when they come to Australia at the airport: This application is driven by the business scenarios happening at the Australian airports - Scan the passport, Refer traveller for further assessment, Release the traveller, Goods inspections, Non-compliance issued for the traveler and the payment process. The application is integrated from iOS native app, Power app and CRM.

Work on an Index, Search and Data Analytics for a big data project for an Australian government agency. It is an enterprise application built on Linux based environment and integrated from many components from indexing database, machine learning powered backend, and front end to show the search and data analytics results.- Create test data as text file for the testing purpose of each feature and index it into Xapian database.- Configuration setup for integration between components.- Build models for machine learning to be used for searching results showing in UI.- Work with dev to build up the log file structure with better tracking activities, to make it informative and useful to troubleshoot when having issue occurs.- And usual testing activities: deploy components in personal/SIT VMware, testing features/regression, update configurations where it required, troubleshoot issues based mainly on log files.

Work on a Document management system and Digital Forms solution.- Liaise with Product owner for the requirements.- Cooperate with developers to implement the requirements and test them.- Support Product owner to market the applications to customers interested by demonstrating capabilities of software: build and submit online form by intuitive UI, indexing documents/statements.- Support client tickets: resolve the requests via a ticket system - clarify/guidance for software usage, or index their monthly statements into the system after they scanned theirs and put into a FTP folder.- Beside daily testing activities: deployment, management features/tasks in Jira, documentation in confluence, testing closure.

Works as a Java developer in some major projects as following.- Automative Human machine interface (HMI): guidance application for driver and passenger to engage with the vehicle for a well-known US vehicle company. Also developed an automation test framework to facilitate the regression test using Selenium Webdriver.- Banking applications with FileNet Engines and FileNet API. The biggest project is to upgrade a few Mortgage applications from Filenet 3.5 to 4.5 for an Australian Big4 bank. This work includes: + Upgrade Filenet engines(Content Engine, Business Process Engine) from old to new version + Upgrade application (coding structure, configuration, functions/APIs) to cope with the changes from new FileNet engines. + Design the mechanism to migrate the existing customer (mortgage)data to the new system + Test at multiple levels from baseline, regression, UAT; from manual to automation to ensure the old data still functioning as usual together with new data.- Payment gateway for e-commerce applications: develop e-comerce application with Cybersource as a payment gateway to interact with user's payment transactions.
