I started my relationship with the ocean at a very early age during the early 80's. Being a SoCal boy, I've experienced a lifetime of waves from LA county to Del Mar and all the way south into Baja California but, ultimately calling, San Diego my home. There's always been a strong magnetism about the ocean and riding waves, which is different for every person who experiences it. For me it was different in that I put my life and breathe into trusting the ocean, that she can provide me with both life and death, happiness and sorrow, wellness and health. My sustainable company Earth Fan Surfboards was born here in the ocean; my love for wildlife, my knowledge of surfing, the observations I've learned from, the exposure to surfboard shaping and the toxins the require to manufacture. Taking my passion to spread my message of a Greener Ocean.
