- Communicate, consult and support overseas agents, helping them success in sales and confirm bookings (Focus on Asian market and especially Indian market).- Create travel itineraries, make quotations for requests.- Coordinate with other departments to create new tour products.- Work closely with other departments to proceed all the services to make sure tours are well managed and run smoothly.- Perform customer service before, within and after each booking.

- Communicate with customers over the phone and emails to log customer requests, provide information related to products and services, and follow up correspondence related to orders.- Handle customer issues and complaints by forwarding customer feedback to the appropriate department.- Make sure business activities related to customer care operate in a smooth and organized workflow.

- Communicate and follow up with overseas partners and OTAs for requests swiftly through emails and Skype (Focus on American and European markets)- Prepare and check monthly reports and invoices- Support teams in Japan to book services when necessary- Plan and participate in trainings, workshops and inspections for colleagues
