- Issue red invoice when requested by customer- Daily receive all kinds of invoices, export and import documents from the warehouse department, purchasing department and input data into the system software- Checking the reasonableness and accuracy of export - import documents. Report to superiors if detecting errors in documents- Record and accurately calculate information including: expenses, income planning, VAT, liabilities,... according to the company's regulations.

- Receiving pre-alert, documents & creating job file on systems.- Handling daily task related to import shipment- Settling problems with sales / agent / other stake holders for documentation, billing, costing- Fulfil systems data- Issuing invoice to clients / agents, posting invoice for payment timely- Co-ordinate with customers to perform customs clearance & following up until the shipment is delivered.- Fulfilling docs with all requested papers (check list, calculation sheet, tracing report, etc.)- Problem solving in order to improve service delivery standards and minimize cost impacts.- Completing other tasks provided by Manager.
