I am a senior software engineer at Amazon. I leads GenAI initiatives for my org, from prototyping ideas, talking to AI experts, designing software architecture, and build AI-enabled apps & platforms. I advises my tech leaders at Amazon on technical vision for navigating the new tech landscape in this Age of AI.I also applies my skills in AWS, infrastructure as code (IaC), full-stack development, web services, security, and data handling to build scalable and reliable software solutions for various domains including anomaly detection platform (backend, ML infra, frontend web app), big data pipeline distributed orchestration system, chatbots and GenAI infra.In addition to my technical skills, I have demonstrated leadership abilities, as evidenced by my roles in leading big data processing & ML system design and build projects, most recently leading Data Strategy and AI initiatives.Previously, I was the director of mobile development center at FPT Software, where I led a cross-functional team to support technical development and mobile QA activities for DIRECTV / AEG projects, including DIRECTV Everywhere, NFL Sunday Ticket, and NextGen Mobile Apps. In summary, I have over 15 years of experience in software engineering, with 7 years at Amazon. I have a BS in information technology from Webster University Thailand, and I am fluent in English, Vietnamese, and Thai. I am always eager to learn new technologies, and apply them to build useful software.
