EGS provides outsource services to Worldline which is the 1st Fintech player in European market for digital solutions. The business industry I’m working for delivers Products along the complete electronic payment value chain. The product we deliver is Access Control Server (ACS) which ensures cardholders authentication for 3D Secure transactions in line with EMVCo standards and PCI requirements. Project Manager:- Manages 6-7 complex projects in parallel from end-to-end full scope point of view - Ensures that the project produces the required products within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits- Has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Project Board within the constraints laid down by themProduct Manager: - Contributes to the detailed impact analysis- Manage the Roadmap- Arrange Product Strategy - Contributes to the Smoke and Unit Test case definition - Ensures Product Compliancy with GDPR and other mandatory regulations- Execute the project smoke and unit test cases, update their execution status, and raise defects when required- Provide 3rd level support to Test and Production Support teamsHead of Department:- Manage the ACS Delivery BeNeLux Team on EGS sides (Armenia, Georgia and Bulgaria) - Under her direct management the teams consist of 15 developers, 2 scrum masters, 3QA, 2 production and incident support senior specialists, 1 project manager and 1 business analyst - Stakeholder management on executive level - KPI management and team quality is at 95%

- New Product Management - Design new products and new features to ensure continuous development of product range. Manage new product design, approval, launch and post implementation reviews in line with the HSBC Group Product Governance, closely and effectively collaborating with local, regional and global teams- Existing Products’ Portfolio Management - Ensure that the Bank has the most appropriate product range and pricing and continues to meet customers’ needs and expectations. Arrange regular reviews of products to ensure they remain fit for purpose, comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements- Develop and enhance need based propositions and design product campaigns- Develop procedures and guidances for internal stakeholders in line with Group policies. Develop and design internal processes, tools and documentation to streamline operations and customer service excellence. Development and maintenance of new employees’ training from Products and Propositions perspectives- Participation in 4 Global projects: to a new platform migration for Public Web Site, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and ATM Network Modernization. Sign-off party from products and customer experience perspectives.- Management of Public Web Site from Products and Propositions Perspectives

- Provide high quality customer service by implementing existing policies and procedures in line with Group requirements, local and internal regulations, monitor branch daily operations and activities- Help customers make financial decisions by disclosing and discussing products terms and features in details. Create strong relationship with customers and ensure that their expectations are met- Arrange on-going market research to identify new opportunities of business growth. Arrange meetings and negotiate with both corporate and individual customers- Provide professional and high quality Customer and Enhanced Due Diligence analysis. Undertake robust research, customer screening and financial crime risk assessment throughout entire relationship cycle- Identify potential fields of further improvement, ensure operational efficiency and cost control in accordance with HSBC Bank policy standards and annual operating plan

-Establish educational and scientific connections- Organize symposiums, conferences, seminars, public lectures and other educational and scientific events- Support, organize and fulfill students’ initiatives in educational, scientific and research areas. Review, comment and enhance students’ research works

- Arrange feasibility study for the innovative projects, weight all the facts from the technical, market, financial and resource perspectives and analyze potential profitability. - Perform due diligence and valuation analysis for the investment projects. Design corporate structure and arrange consultancy where required- Arrange the presentation after the evaluation to attract investors and donors- Arrange training sessions with Harvard and Skolkovo methods and materials for young professionals

- Planning of financial audit by understanding organization objectives, structure, policies, processes, internal controls, and external regulations, identifying risk areas, preparing audit scope and programs- Assess compliance with financial and tax regulations and controls by executing audit program, account balances, balance sheets, income statements and related financial statements, examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices and other documentation. Verify assets and liabilities- Complete audit work papers and memoranda by documenting audit tests and findings and prepare reports in accordance with IFRS requirements
