I am a researcher at Russian-Armenian University as well as the Institute of Organic Chemistry in the Scientific and Technological Center of Organic and Pharmaceutical chemistry NAS RA. In addition to my research activities, I am also a lecturer at the Yerevan Haybusak and “Mkhitar Gosh” Armenian-Russian International Universities in Organic, General and Bioorganic Chemistry. I completed my master’s degree at Yerevan State University, Faculty of Chemistry, Department of Organic Chemistry in 2013. I received my Ph.D. from the STC OPC NAS RA in 2017. For two years (2019-2020), I was the Scientific Secretary of the 010 Specialized Council of Chemistry in Supreme Certifying Committee. I also have work experience at the ARIAC Institute of Applied Chemistry as a Heterocyclic Compounds Specialist (2016-2019). My scientific interests include the chemistry of heterocyclics, in particular, nitrogen-containing compounds, regioselectivity, green chemistry, the search for environmentally friendly media, and solvents for organic processes.
