As a food science professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Uyo, I have gained rich experience in quality assurance, health, safety, and environment in the food manufacturing sector. I am passionate about achieving great results and continuous learning and improvement.In my most recent role as an Incoming Raw Material Analyst at Dufil Prima Foods Plc, I sampled and analyzed incoming raw materials to ensure conformance with quality standards, identified quality defects at the point of supply, improved general GMP score in the company’s raw material warehouses, monitored monthly supplier’s report, documented analysis results using App-sheet, and maintained not more than two days TAT on analysis of all raw materials. I also contributed to the successful audit and certification of the company by various regulatory bodies. I have strongly demonstrated excellence in food quality, food safety, product development, HACCP, GMP, and good laboratory practices. I have a strong sense of organizing, attention to detail, reporting, and interpersonal relationships.
