As part of the OSCE's Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), I joined the Election Observation Mission (EOM) for the upcoming parliamentary elections in Georgia on October 26, 2024. My role involves supporting a core team of 12 international experts and facilitating the deployment of 30 long-term observers nationwide, as well as 350 short-term observers from the OSCE-participating States to follow the election day proceedings.The mission will assess whether the elections are held in line with OSCE commitments and other international obligations and standards for democratic elections, as well as with national legislation. The ODIHR EOM will also conduct qualitative and quantitative monitoring of media coverage of the election campaign as well as a limited observation of election campaigns on social networks.

This unique experience brought together young professionals and global decision-makers to discuss key challenges shaping the future.My role involved engaging with esteemed global leaders, policymakers, and experts to address critical issues such as European and transatlantic security, geopolitical dynamics, cybersecurity, and climate security. I also had the opportunity to moderate a side session conducted under Chatham House rules, facilitating confidential discussions on strategic global matters.
