Current- Responsible for the configuration, use, and functional testing of the “Advantage” applications: “Cage and Table Accounting” and “Table Manager”.- In charge of the client training (remote and on-site) on the software stack installed on the casino properties.- Responsible for conducting interviews with the client, gathering requirements, and understanding the needs of the stakeholders.- Problem-solving and incident management during and after the installments.Achievements:- Conducted a demo for our most recent bonus applications and acted as an intermediary between the client and our US team, resulting in the US$ 100,000 sale.- Completed the "Cage and Table Accounting" lab install project in 06 weeks in Argentina performing project manager tasks.- Proposed and successfully implemented 01 major improvement idea for the cashiers' network design inside “Cage and Table Accounting” for a project in Aruba.- Developed the Professional Services Consultant onboarding deck as a personal project which is now part of the standard onboarding process.- Started the mentoring program in the LAC (Latin America & Caribbean) region. I launched the program as a mentor and coached the new consultants for 06 months.
