Coordination with the lawyers to complete all the prerequisites for the Company legal setup. Leading the systems and procedures setup for different areas of the company to obtain the operating license. After the implementation, responsible of Finance, Treasury and Administration departments. Reports to the CEO.Achievements: Successful oversight of the startup and development of the company; obtaining, in only 9 months, the company's operating license from the Insurance and Banking regulator in Peru SBS.

In charge of all the operative, administrative and support areas (Operations, Accounting, HR, IT), responsible for the expenses budget and the operational risks, ensuring the existence and correct application of the bank’s controls. With the CEO, in charge to allocate all the resources and means to accomplish the income budget. Reports to the CEO.Achievements: Downsizing of the Operative and management structure, 20% expense budget reduction achieved and, at the same time, maintenance of an optimal level of performance in operations and risk control.
