Development of an automated system for a pipe-bending machine within a motorcycle handlebar production line. Made at Soloson Import C.A.,Venezuelan Suzuki motorcycle’s Assembler.This project aimed for the elaboration of:• Wiring diagrams• Oil hydraulic diagrams• Machine schematics• Reverse engineering the machine to develop a new ladder logic for a PLC which would allow basic pipe bending (just one axis and in manual mode).This project reactivated a piece of machinery that had stopped operating in 2014.
