• As a direct result of the contracts I`ve negotiated so far with archives since 2012, FamilySearch has grown from two cameras capturing records 7 years ago up to 18 cameras capturing images with genealogical records. This means we are now preserving and publishing more than 50 million images of new genealogical records from Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Chile. • Developed strategic relationships and digitization projects with influential Catholic and Governmental leaders in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Chile. • Negotiated for more than 50 Millions images so far and expect to complete negotiations for 80 million more images in the near future, in order to help citizens have the possibility of finding their ancestor's clues in these historical records, and strenghs their family and personal identity. Which is something beautiful!.

• President of the Buenos Aires Temple re-dedication event media committee. Organized media, electrical and contractors for the Cultural event and Temple dedications. • Organized the IT employees in three specific areas, Media, Connectivity and Hardware, to provide expertise services to customers. This organization level let us deep in knowledge of specific technologies in order to provide better services. • I worked closely with the FamilySearch History Department, making important improvements to the internet connections at FH facilities throughout three countries.• Developed a new Monitoring System for net routers located in Family History Centers, detecting their connectivity issues in advance, upgrading their infrastructure cabling to prevent problems for volunteers on their indexing, searching and providing names for Temple ordinances. • Managed Buenos Aires, Cordoba, Montevideo and Asuncion special projects upgrade, hiring contractors for cabling, hardware providers, and engineering services for setting up new equipment on these sites.• Worked giving support in special events such as broadcasts of international conferences.

• Managed and lead 27 administrative people in Temple office, workers in laundry, maintaining, gardening, custodians, patron housing and security. • Worked and was responsible for Temple budgeting, hiring vendors, contractors, personnel, training employees and volunteers in offices and ordinance duties.• Developed and coded Software including a Scheduler System, Workers Database, Patron Housing Scheduler System, Finances Controller System, and a Local Recording System for the Living, to assist the Temple Presidency in administrative issues.
