Within this role, I have provided service to multiple aerospace customers within the Ratheon Technologies umbrella. I have provided service as IT Compliance, Application Support, and report creation among other things. Pratt & Whitney • SOX Testing - I supported SOX testing for PW Tidal and worked on reviewing user access, workgroup, and job failure for the Tidal application. I enhanced the reports using Python. Currently, I am assisting in creating walkthrough documentation for the SOX controls, which involves creating diagrams to help external auditors understand the processes. • Paradox Application Support- Paradox is an OS based on Linux, offered by Becrypt where the user can connect remotely. I lead the app team in the installation and documentation and provide troubleshooting to current end users. I also manage change control for application updates. • HP ALM Administrator (2016-2020) - I served as an HP ALM Administrator. During this time, I created projects, uploaded scripts, and provided user roles for HP ALM. I also edited Oracle queries to generate reports on defects and scripts. Additionally, I created an Incident Tracking Database using Microsoft Access • SOD (Segregation of Duties) Testing – I verified the segregation of SAP roles to avoid conflict of interest between employees and to be in compliance with the policy.Rockwell CollinsI served as an IT Compliance specialist, and I worked with: AD Review, USB Exception Approval, and standard at-work documentation. UTC Corp I extracted vulnerability reports from the datacenter, including reports on offline servers, servers missing critical patches, servers requiring admin validation, annual application reviews, and application registration. I also compiled overall metrics based on these reports. Furthermore, I created a Microsoft Access database to track non-compliance items and their corresponding communications.
