As the ML/CV Solution Delivery Manager at Everseen, I lead the execution of Computer Vision & Machine Learning projects, driving solutions for retail loss reduction across thousands of stores worldwide. Reporting to the CTO, my role encompasses:• Overseeing complex AI projects (Computer Vision and Deep Learning), I am responsible for managing the development of multiple Evenseen’s products, from PoC, through prototype and MVP stages, to successful product deployment in thousands of staffed and self-checkout lanes, contributing to real-time reductions in retail losses.• Responsible for planning and execution of ML/CV project roadmaps at Everseen, defining release features, establishing timelines, milestones and objectives, ensuring seamless coordination across multi-functional teams, in an extremely fast-paced environment.• Responsible for directing activities and operations for Everseen DL/CV teams (3 Head managers, 5 Team Leads, ∼40 Researchers/Research Engineers, ∼60 Data Analysts), fostering trustworthiness, good communication and transparency. • Responsible for team organization and accomplishment of scientific and engineering requirements for Deep Learning / Computer Vision project deliveries to clients.• Coordination with cross-functional teams (CV/ML scientists, engineers, other PMs, product managers, Operations, etc.).• Responsible for developing tools and sustainable processes to improve Research and Software Engineering productivity, making life easier for Researchers and ML Engineers in an fast-paced environment.• Communicate project status to a broad audience including Leadership and Customer Relationship Management Teams.

RESEARCH & SOFTWARE ENGINEERING• Build Proof of concepts, from definition of technology/scientific specification to their implementation.• Implementation of state-of-the-art solutions for different Computer Vision problems.• Technical support analysing product features from technical point of view and developing solutions based on neural network architectures for Computer Vision problems.• Development of different image/video processing algorithms based on Deep learning architectures and Convolutional Neural Networks (image classification, object detection, instance segmentation, semantic segmentation, GANs, etc.).
