Alex has been involved in the training & development industry as a business owner and program developer since the mid seventies. He developed business education programs for sales, management, customer service change management and multiple other disciplines. From 1983 through 2019, Alex was founder and President of Applied Concepts, Incorporated. During those years, Alex’s clients included some of the most successful technology, automotive and business services organizations. As Alex ran his own business and consulted with his clients, he began to focus more on the impact of employee work decisions on organizations as well as employees’ personal decisions that ripple back to their work and personal life. After selling his business, Alex turned his attention to the development of a company that focused on a common sense and easy way to make better decisions using critical thinking.
