I conduct Supplemental Admissions Interviews for applying students, as well as Informational Presentations on the college for visiting students and their families. I also handle a portion of student outreach and conduct the occasional campus tour. My job centers around ensuring that visitors receive an honest representation of the college, while also conducting interviews and learning about visiting students.

I act as an intermediate between the campus population and the campus safety officers. This can include answering phones, taking and directing requests for assistance, and managing the check in and out process of vehicle's from the college's vehicle pool.

I was allowed to assist the Help-Desk Staff as well as the Systems Admin Staff. This gave me the opportunity to familiarize myself with Active Directory on a user level as well as a systems level. I also implemented a process that remotely installed logging software on all of the company's domain controllers.This position also helped me to expand my IT vocabulary and understanding in a way that allowed me to follow along with high-level IT conversations.I was also allowed to sit in on and eventually contribute to meetings regarding software and hardware decisions.
