I am a 2020 graduate from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in Cultural Studies and Comparative Literature, as well as in English Literature with over a decade of of working experience. I enjoy solving problems efficiently and with creative solutions, as well as working collaboratively to achieve project goals. I possess strong skills in Leadership, Management, Project Organization, Hospital Lab workflow, Phlebotomy, and Medical History. I have a passion for patient care and a deep interest in forensic sciences and have had the privilege of spending a few summers shadowing forensic pathologists, anthropologists, as well as the Chief of North Charleston County Police. I am currently pursuing autopsy technician or forensic lab technician positions. Having spent the last three years honing my skills in phlebotomy and growing as a hospital lab tech I am excited at the opportunity to use the skills I have gained to explore a slightly new facet of my career.I have also spent many years becoming a certified jack--and master!--of all trades and have many unique experiences, opportunities, and expertise to bring to any conversation. While in school, I was even the Managing Director of my a cappella group, and we won our Quarterfinal in the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella, and moved on to 3rd Place in the Semi-final round, the furthest any UMN group has gone! I was also the Secretary of one of my Undergraduate programs and was involved in organizing, scripting, and conducting many symposiums and spoken word events for the University. I am excited to continue learning new things, and am very willing to adapt and grow as I go!
