Yiu Lai & Lee Law Firm (the "Firm") was established in 1979 in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong"). At that time, it was named "Yu Lai Law Firm" and was mainly engaged in general legal business practice. In 1980, the corporate finance department of the firm was established and the firm was renamed "Yao Li Li Law Firm". Mr. Li is one of the founding partners of the firm and a senior partner of the firm. Today, the firm has become a law firm with extensive experience in all aspects of Hong Kong law. Our clients are mostly Hong Kong and overseas listed companies, including developers, banks and financial institutions, media, manufacturers, hotel operators, contractors and real estate agents. As part of our ongoing efforts to provide clients with a wide range of services, the firm actively expands into the mainland China market. The firm has more than 100 lawyers and other employees, able to provide clients with professional advice and guidance on various business and legal issues.
