As a member of the Diversified Projects Division, no two projects are alike. From restoring a Fraternity house at the heart of a university campus, to replacing flights of stairs in an active parking garage, to creating a storage facility to house dinosaur fossils, the opportunities for unique clients, projects, and challenges abound. As Project Manager, Mr. Martinez serves as ambassador to Mr. Perry's legacy of building long lasting relationships and structures, ensuring that clients receive a service that exceeds their expectations. On a day-to-day basis, the responsibilities include coordination between construction site supervision, designers, and clients, creating and managing proposals, budgets, schedules, and related project documentation. Other responsibilities include identifying potential project leads and submitting proposals to pave the way for new relationships and structures built on commitment, integrity, teamwork, excellence, and stewardship.

Estimator (2015 – present)• Mr. Martinez was responsible for creating client proposals, including scope of work review, takeoffs and document management. In addition, he served as point person for all architect/engineer communication. Other roles included the conversion from analog to a digital bidder database synchronized with a real time bid management software (Building Connected) as well as estimating software (ProEst Estimating).Project Manager (2016 – present)• From permitting and procurement to project closeout, Mr. Martinez was responsible for managing the entire construction process in the retail market
