CurrentI oversee a team of dozens of customer support team leads who provide exceptional support to WordPress.com customers worldwide. My primary responsibilities include setting direction at the people management level, strategizing, and helping set and meet team and individual goals. In this role, I collaborate closely with our Head of Support and HR team to set expectations for our entire support division. I am responsible for writing performance reviews for team leads, and providing feedback to help them improve and grow in their roles.
