I continued workiing throughout my graduation period locally and internationally.I have worked in telecommunication, Customer Service Management, Business & Market Development, Policy & Solidarity Research, Field Surveys. I studies Human Resource Management in my bachelors where I plan to extend my career. I hope to bring in innovation and positive changes to where ever I get in.I have recently completed a Post-Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management from Bangladesh Institute of Management in the session of 2012-13.While I work with FLORA LIMITED in the area of Talent Management, I look forward to build up a sharp and focused career in the field of Human Resource Management with the learning that I am deriving from my work.I now look forward to continue my professional study and research in the distinct field of Human Resources Management.I wish not only to compete in the local market but I strongly look forward to pounce the international arena of the HR professionals.
