As an electrical engineer, my primary responsibilities revolve around the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial electrical systems, with a particular focus on transformers. Wire Rod Mill (WRM), BSRMKey Responsibilities :1/ Transformer Installation and Testing : Conducting comprehensive testing procedures, including Oil BDV test, Oil PPM, IR test, Voltage Ratio test, and winding resistance tests. Ensuring proper installation and commissioning of transformers ranging from 6750 KVA to 800 KVA.2/ Erection and Commissioning : Leading the erection and commissioning of induction furnaces, including the installation of associated components such as vibratory chargers, power converter panels, and sintering power panels.3/ System Integration : Interfacing transformers with APC, MCC, PLC, and automation systems. Managing the connection of water-cooled cables and ensuring seamless integration with control systems.4/ Project Management : Overseeing daily plans, manpower allocation, machinery, and equipment management. Preparing BOQ, issuing work orders, and ensuring client satisfaction.5/ Maintenance and Troubleshooting : Conducting cold and hot commissioning, performing system testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.6/ Installation of Electrical Components : Managing the installation of panel boards, DB boards, AC motors, gear motors, and lubrication systems in various projects.7/ Quality Assurance : Ensuring all installations meet the required standards through rigorous testing and validation processes, including control logic testing, GLD testing, and control-power testing.

My internship was in Reverie Power & Automation Engineering Ltd. There are two departments in Reverie Power, Power & Automation side. I was in Power Side. Where I had visited a multiple 33/11 kV substation installation project sites with my supervisor. Such as :- Reverie Factory, Narsingdi- Desney Sweater Ltd. Borpa, Narayanganj- AKH GROUP Ltd. Savar, DhakaWhere i had learned about- Installation of steel structure on side fabrication, Cable laying, Cable tray installation and fabrication, LT-HT Cable pulling, Transformer oil testing, Shifting and Placing of large Transformer, Oil centrifuging machine operating etc.I have worked on some AutoCAD Drawings.Project : Square Pharmaceuticals (Pabna unit)I have worked in a project of Square Pharmaceuticals (Pabna unit) for almost 1 month. Where i have installed some DB panel, SDB panel, connection of those panel, LT-HT cable pulling, connection of those cable in field side and panel side, 1 nos 1150 KVA transformer installed, tested and commissioned with my electrician team.
