Provide on-site injury care, including taping, preliminary injury assessment and soft tissue work. Support athletes at all practices and games, as well as shadow at physiotherapy and doctors appointments. Dedicate approximately 30+ hours a week to practices, games and clinic during the season.

Organize and manage the patient appointment schedule. Ensure patients are welcomed with a friendly and professional first point of contact. Collect and record patient information while prioritizing confidentiality. Process insurance billings and payments with attention to detail. Re-stock, clean and organize chiropractic and massage rooms to meet health standards.

Lead summer training sessions to develop technical skills and game strategies for youth ages 10 to 17. Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for athletes and their personal development. Plan and conduct drills tailored to the athletes’ skill levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced), for upwards of 70 athletes. Coached athletes that have gone to provincial championships and won tournament titles.

Work collaboratively with chefs, cooks, and other staff to provide seamless service. Execute standard serving duties, including taking orders, presenting dishes, and completing opening and closing procedures. Manage time effectively while working as the sole front of house employee, balancing hostess, server and bartender duties independently.

Maintain a well organized seating chart and waitlist. Deliver high quality customer service when greeting guests and assisting in running food and drinks to restaurant patrons. Prioritize health and safety standards when clearing and resetting tables between patrons.
