As the Editor of GW Law Review, I oversee the editorial process for legal articles and research, ensuring high standards of academic rigor and legal scholarship. My responsibilities include managing a team of editors, reviewing and editing submissions, and coordinating the publication process. I work closely with authors and contributors to provide detailed feedback and revisions, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes excellence in legal writing. Additionally, I lead discussions on emerging legal issues and ensure the publication reflects diverse perspectives on contemporary legal challenges. This role has honed my skills in leadership, legal analysis, and effective communication.

As a research assistant to Professor Ledermann, I contribute to research addressing food insecurity, with a focus on regenerative agriculture, sustainable investing, and farm-level sustainability assessments. Our work involves conducting a country-level review of biotechnology and its potential impacts, alongside global analyses of agricultural technologies for development. Throughout this role, I have developed strong skills in data analysis, critically evaluating complex datasets related to agricultural practices and sustainability metrics. I’ve also enhanced my project management abilities by coordinating timelines, managing deliverables, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication.In addition, I conduct in-depth literature reviews on topics such as food systems, biotechnology, and sustainability, which has further strengthened my critical thinking and analytical skills. My experience in drafting reports and research summaries has improved my written communication, particularly in conveying complex research to academic and policy audiences. This role has provided me with a valuable interdisciplinary experience, allowing me to collaborate with experts across various fields and contribute to meaningful solutions for global food security challenges.

As a legislative intern for Senator Wyden, I handle day-to-day operations by assisting with constituent requests, updating records, and drafting correspondences. I actively participate in observing the legislative process, preparing briefing summaries, and attending relevant meetings. Engaging in extensive research, I contribute detailed responses to constituent concerns using various sources like the Library of Congress. Additionally, I work on individually assigned projects tailored to my interests and the office's needs, enhancing my skills in legislative affairs.

Effective Law Enforcement for All partners with civic leaders, communities, and police departments to enhance public safety through leadership, policy reform, training, and accountability practices that promote procedural justice and effectiveness.As an intern, I conduct in-depth research on law enforcement practices and policies, focusing on improving both effectiveness and equity. I analyze data to produce evidence-based recommendations, actively contribute to policy development, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to foster stronger relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve. I also assist in creating training materials, supporting data analysis, and providing administrative support. My goal is to help shape a more fair, accountable, and effective public safety system.

The Carter School Political Leadership Academy fellowship program is made up of a diverse group of citizens that learn from and dialogue with scholarly and practical thought leaders regarding the role of the arts and the humanities in peacebuilding culture. The program underpins the creation of a predicate for personal transformation and discovery of personal agency in catalyzing peacebuilding culture in our communities. Participants will be equipped with ideas and skills to observe, analyze, and respond tocontemporary American civic maladies. Sessions will include presentations from scholars andpractitioners with an emphasis on group dynamics and networking. Participants will also gainmembership in the Political Leadership Academy alumni organization, which holds engagingsubsequent exclusive events.
