Graduated with a degree in tourism and hospitality from IHM Yamunagar after completing coursework in all majors, including Front Desk work , Food and Beverages, Housekeeping, and Food production. I completed my four-month industrial training programme at the Taj Vivanta Surajkund, where I briefly experienced all of the departments of hospitality. Afterwards, I gained one vital year of experience working as a Front Office Specialist for Hotel Operations Training (HOT) at Noor Mahal in Karnal. I'm currently employed with Taj Vivanta as a front-of-house staff member, where I supervise my junior staff members and manage daily operations.
