Participant in the Central Otago Burgundy Exchange, a six-week-long exchange partnership for Central Otago winemakers through the Centre de Formation Professionelle et de Promotion Agricole (CFPPA) in Beaune. The exchange offers a rare and intimate insight into Burgundy and promotes an exchange of knowledge and insight as well as builds deep connections between Central Otago and Burgundy.
