Project Coordinator
Current- Coordinates project management activities, resources, supplies, and information across teams.
- Manages a team of over 60 Healthcare analysts and performs project-by-project reviews of their performance and escalates performance issues to managers as needed.
- Creates and implement SOPs to increase efficiency of project management tasks.
- Provides meeting support to programs by drafting agendas, calendaring, organizing documents, capturing minutes, preparing summaries, tracking progress of action items, and on-site meeting logistics support.
- Collects and compiles data and reports to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Provides data entry support into organization’s electronic business systems.
