• Indirectly manage 30+ Intra Company Transferees (ICTs) globally.• Consult and advise the business on all global and domestic assignment mobility matters. • Manage the labour planning process for global assignments. Including liaison with divisional management and international affiliates to facilitate transfer of skills and knowledge amongst Toyota affiliates globally.• Prepare and manage the global and domestic assignment budget ($8 million +)• Manage and administer individual assignments for both inbound and outbound assignments, working with the ICT, host affiliates, divisional managers and service providers.• Preparation of all employment agreement for new assignees including meeting with each ICT to explain the agreement, policy, tax equalisation, salary and allowances specific to the individual assignment• Prepare and ensure payment and correct tax treatment (FBT vs PAYG) of allowances for domestic and international assignees.• Develop global assignments policies including the Emergency Evacuation Policy and Emergency Evacuation Plan; Inbound ICT Policy and Inbound ICT Manual, ensuring they meet best practice.• Application of all global and domestic assignment policies.• Review global and domestic policy exception requests and compile recommendation to HR committee for review.• Manage service providers ensuring on-time delivery of cost effective services that meet Toyota Australia’s standards.• Monitor ATO legislative tax changes that impact the provision of global and domestic allowances.• Liaise with Toyota Australia’s legal department to ensure that affiliate and services provider agreements, inclusive of all global assignments agreements meet legal and company requirements.• Manage labour cost sharing with affiliates via Global Netting.• Monitor emergency situation in overseas locations.• Consult and advise the business on all Immigration and Visa matters • Review of all supplier invoices and ICT expense claims.
