A global leader in HR, Anika has amassed more than 25 years’ experience, helping companies transform their business through talent. Anika was most recently the Chief People Officer at Ubisoft, a French head-quartered global leader in gaming and entertainment, where she navigated a period of pivotal change for the organisation and transformed the HR function. Prior to joining Ubisoft, Anika was based in Singapore and was the HR Director, Global Markets for Dyson, where she was the HR lead for the design and implementation of a new global operating model. Previously, Anika held a number of senior, global HR roles at Uber, and during her tenure was responsible for several impactful organisational and culture change programs. Anika began her career at Accenture, first as a consultant and then as an HR professional, working out of Sydney, London, Paris and Singapore. In her time in HR she held a variety of roles including the lead for a global HR Centre of Expertise and as the HR Director for APAC, a region with close to 70,000 employees. Anika is currently a Board Advisor at Ecosystm, a digital technology research and advisory firm, and AwanTunai, an Indonesian Fintech promoting financial inclusion, providing insights on talent, culture and organisation effectiveness. She is a true believer in the importance of lifelong learning – both as a participant – certified at the Harvard Business School program for Women on Boards in November 2023 – and as a teacher, having lectured at leading institutions such as Sciences Po University in Paris (International Human Resources Management) and Singapore Management University (a guest lecturer as part of the OBHR curriculum). Anika graduated from UNSW with a BSc.(Business Information Technology). She is currently based in Paris with her husband and two teenage children.
