As a Design Engineer at Rittal India, I work on new product introduction and special projects, involving sheet metal and composite design, using 3D CAD software such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, and PTC Creo. I coordinate directly with customers to understand their requirements and needs, and design and develop innovative solutions that meet their specifications and expectations.I have 4+ years of experience in new product design and development, having worked previously at Kineco Limited and Astra Metals, where I was responsible for drafting control plans, process flow charts, BOM, PPAP documents, and conducting PFMEA and DFM reviews with cross-functional teams. I also designed molds, patterns, templates, jigs, and fixtures for ease of manufacturing, and identified solutions to improve production efficiency. I am a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and a certified professional in Autodesk Inventor.I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Don Bosco Institute of Technology (D.B.I.T), where I also obtained a certification in NX-essential for NX designer. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and applying them to create value for the organization and the customers. I am also a team player, who enjoys collaborating with others and sharing ideas and feedback.
